T&C and Return / Exchange Policy

Term and Condition for Delivery :

• Home delivery within 2 – 3 working days (Qatar only).

• Payment upon delivery cash/card accepted.

• Free Home Delivery if purchase is above 1000 QR.

• Fee delivery charges 30 QR purchase of below 1000 QR

شروط وأحكام التوصيل:

• التوصيل إلى المنزل خلال 2 – 3 أيام عمل (فقط في قطر).

• الدفع عند التسليم نقدًا/بطاقة مصرفية مقبولة.

• التوصيل المجاني إذا كانت قيمة الشراء أكثر من 1000 ريال قطري.

• رسوم توصيل بقيمة 30 ريال قطري للشراء أقل من 1000 ريال قطري.

سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

يمكن إرجاع أو إستبدال البضاعة المباعة خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ الفاتورة

إسترجاع الاموال يكون عن طريق شيك بنكى .

إبراز أصل الفاتورة شرط أساسي عند إرجاع أو إستبدال البضاعة المباعة .

يجب أن تكون البضاعة بذات الحالة التي تم الشراء عليها و ألا يكون قد تم إستعمالها خالية من أية عيوب .

البضاعة التي تم إستعمالها غير قابلة للرد أو الإرجاع مالم تكن معيبة بعيب صناعة .

سوف يتم التحقق و فحص البضاعة من قبل الفني المختص قبل الإرجاع او الإستبدال للتأكد من صلاحيتها.

يجب تعبئة نموذج الفحص المعد لذلك و التوقيع عليه من قبل الفني المختص و مدير المعرض قبل الإرجاع. الإستبدال أو

لا ترد او تستبدل الأقمشة أو المرتبة اذا تم فتحها.

لا ترد و لا تستبدل البضائع خلال فترة التخفيضات او العروضات الخاصة

يعتبر أي شرط وارد في سياسة الإستبدال ولإرجاع هو لاغي في حالة مخالفته لأحكام المادة رقم (5) من القانون (8) لسنة 2008 بشأن حماية المستهلك في دولة قطر

RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY

Item can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from invoice date.
Refunding the money will be through a bank cheque.
Original Invoice should be presented upon any return or exchange request.
Item subject to return or exchange should be in its original package, intact and not used.
Item used or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
Item need to be checked and verified by the product specialist before any return or exchange and if needed, the item will be sent to the service center for verification.
A verification form needs to be filled and signed by the product specialist and the showroom manager prior to any return or exchange.
Unwrapped bed linens and unpacked mattresses will not be accepted for exchange.
No exchange of products during sale/promotion period.

Any condition contained in the Return & Exchange Policy is no longer valid in case of violation of the provisions of Article (5) of the law (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection in the State of Qatar.

KARE (GPS) Exchange/Refunds Policy

For your convenience, we will gladly exchange or refund the items for the purchase price subject to the below conditions:

Exchange and Refund are accepted within 15 days from purchasing date.
Items must be in their original condition/packing: unused, unscented, unwashed, unaltered having the original price tags attached at the time of exchange or refund.
The original invoice must be presented at the time of exchange or refund.
You will be required to present a valid photo ID for all returns or exchanges made in store. Information from your ID will be retained in a company wide database to be used only for authorizing returns.
You will be required to fill in the form, the reason of sales return/refund.
Purchased items in Sale or Promotion are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Unwrapped bed linens and unpacked mattresses will not be accepted for exchange.
Exchange and refund will only be performed in KARE showrooms, where the purchase was made.
At any time, KARE reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.

سياسة الاستبدال / واسترداد الأموال في شركة كاريه

لراحتك, يسرنا أن نقوم باستبدال أو رد قيمة السلع طبقًا للشروط المذكورة أدناه:

يتم الاستبدال ورد القيمة خلال 15 يوم من تاريخ الشراء.
لا بد وأن تكون البضاعه المباعة على حالتها الأصلية /مغلفة: غير مستخدمة, عديمة الرائحة, غير مغسولة, عدم تغيير ملصق السعر الأصلي في وقت الاستبدال أو الرد.
احضار الفاتورة الأصلية عند الاستبدال أو الرد.
سوف يطلب منك احضار صورة من البطاقة الشخصية سارية المفعول لجميع العائدات أو المواد المستبدلة في المخزن وسوف يتم الاحتفاظ ببياناتك في قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بالشركة لاستخدامها فقط لترخيص المواد المسترجعة.
سوف يتم ملء النموذج مع ذكر سبب الرد / إعادة الأموال.
البطاعة التي يتم شرائها داخل عروض لا يمكن استبدالها أو استرداد قيمتها.
الاكسسوارات، والمفارش (مفارش السرير وفرشات ووسائد ورؤوس الوسائد)، لا يتم استبدالها أو استرداد قيمتها.
سوف يتم الاستبدال أو استرداد القيمة فقط في معرض كاريه حيث تم البيع.
في أي وقت, تحتفظ شركة كاريه بحق رفض الاستبدال أو استرداد القيمة.
